FROM THE AIRPORT
The easiest way is to catch a taxi or an Uber car. The trip should cost you around 25€ and, if there is no traffic, it should take no more than 25 minutes.
Departing from the airport, you can also take the metro and then the bus. First take the red line to “São Sebastião”. Get off at “Alameda” station and change to the green line to “Telheiras”. Exit at the first stop (“Areeiro”). Go outside to "Padre Manuel da Nóbrega" avenue and catch the bus number 161 to "Costa da Caparica". See B (bellow) for the rest of the directions.
Another option to reach “Areeiro”, departing from the airport, is the bus number 705, but have in mind that it only runs on weekdays.
BY BUS FROM THE CITY CENTER
Bus 161, departing from “Padre Manuel da Nóbrega” avenue (near “Areeiro” metro station), will take you to “Costa da Caparica”. Get off at the penultimate stop, near the market. Then you have to options:
1) You can catch bus 129 to“Trafaria” and exit on the 8th stop ("São João"). When you’re off the bus, standing on “Afonso de Albuquerque” avenue, search for the little alleyway between numbers 119 and 121. At the end of the cobbled street, you’ll find us slightly on your left hand side.
2) If you don’t fancy catching another bus you can walk. It’s a pleasant 2 km stroll. Start by heading north on “Doutor Aresta Branco” avenue and continue along “Afonso de Albuquerque” avenue. After passing 4 roundabouts, turn right at the sign that says “S. João”. You are now on “Infante Dom Henrique” street. Turn left on the first street (“Nuno Tristão” street). Keep going for about 100 meters and you will find us on your right hand side.
BY FERRY AND BUS
In “Cais do Sodré” catch the ferry to “Cacilhas” and then the bus number 135 to “Costa da Caparica”. Get off at the penultimate stop, near the market. See B (above) for the rest of the directions.
In "Belém" catch the ferry to "Trafaria" and then the bus 129 to "Costa da Caparica". Exit on the 7th stop ("São João"), on “Afonso de Albuquerque” avenue, and search for the little alleyway between numbers 119 and 121.
At the end of the cobbled street, you’ll find us slightly on your left hand side.
BY TRAIN AND BUS
You can catch the train at one of three stations (all located in central Lisbon): “Roma-Areeiro”, “Entrecampos” or “Sete Rios”. Get off at “Pragal” (first stop after the bridge) and catch the bus 124 to “Costa da Caparica”.
Exit at the penultimate stop near the market. See B (above) for the rest of the directions.
After you cross “25 de Abril” bridge take the first exit to “Caparica”. Drive for 6,3 km until the second traffic light (where the highway ends). Turn right to "Trafaria/Santo António/São João". Drive for 1,6 km. After the third roundabout you will see a sign saying “S. João” to your right. That’s your way and you are already on our street. After 300 meters you’ll find us on your left hand side.
Just one more thing: the main entrance is on the backstreet ("Nuno Tristão" street).
